Your First Dub

This guide walks you through dubbing your first YouTube video.

Step 1: Open a YouTube video

Navigate to any YouTube video that has subtitles/captions available.

Step 2: Open Neko Dub

Click the Neko Dub icon in your browser toolbar to open the popup.

Step 3: Choose your language

Select the language you want to hear the video in from the target language dropdown.

Step 4: Start dubbing

Click the play button or simply play the video. Neko Dub will automatically:

1. Fetch the video’s subtitles
2. Translate them to your chosen language
3. Generate AI voice audio
4. Sync the dubbed audio with the video

Tips

• Adjust volume: Use the volume slider in the popup to balance original and dubbed audio
• Choose voices: Different voices are available for each language
• Seek freely: Neko Dub handles seeking and re-syncs automatically
